2. Data We Collect and Why

  • Account Identification: Basic public profile data returned by authorized OAuth providers (such as your TikTok Open ID, username, avatar URL, YouTube Channel ID/Title, or Instagram Business User ID) strictly to display linked destinations on your dashboard.
  • OAuth Authorization Credentials: Scoped OAuth access and refresh tokens returned during account linking. Tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard Fernet (AES-128-CBC with SHA256 HMAC) encryption keys.
  • Google Drive Storage Data: Read-only file metadata (filenames, Google Drive file IDs, download URLs) for user-specified Google Drive folders to schedule video queues.
  • Ephemeral Video Processing Data: Video files downloaded from your connected Google Drive folders are buffered in temporary worker storage exclusively for chunked upload to your selected target platforms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram Reels) and are immediately deleted once transmission completes.

3. TikTok Data Usage & Compliance

Our application integrates with the official TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting API. In accordance with TikTok Developer Policies:

  • Requested Scopes: We request only user.info.basic (to verify account ownership and display your username/avatar in your private dashboard) and video.publish / video.upload (to upload and publish your scheduled video clips).
  • No Data Selling or Sharing: We never sell, lease, transfer, or disclose TikTok user data or profile information to third-party data brokers or advertisers.
  • No Profiling or AI Training: Data obtained via TikTok APIs is never used to develop machine learning models or general artificial intelligence systems.
  • Direct Post Fulfillment: TikTok access is used exclusively to fulfill your explicit posting requests initiated through automated campaigns.

4. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Virus Auto Clipper's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Ephemeral Processing and Zero Archival Storage

Virus Auto Clipper is an automation pipeline, not a cloud storage host. We operate on a strict ephemeral processing architecture:

  • Videos staged from Google Drive are kept in isolated local storage only for the duration of the upload job.
  • Upon upload confirmation or unrecoverable error, local video files are instantly purged from the disk.
  • We retain zero archival copies of your videos, thumbnails, or raw assets.

6. Revocation of Permissions & Data Deletion

You retain complete ownership and control over your accounts and permissions:

  • Revoking TikTok Access: Open the TikTok mobile app $\rightarrow$ Settings and privacy $\rightarrow$ Security & permissions $\rightarrow$ Manage app permissions $\rightarrow$ Remove Virus Auto Clipper.
  • Revoking Google Access: Visit your Google Account Third-Party Access page and revoke access.
  • Revoking Instagram / Meta Access: Remove Virus Auto Clipper in your Instagram/Facebook Business Integration settings.
  • Data Deletion Request: Contact our administrator on Telegram at @Virus_web3 to request immediate deletion of all account records and encrypted tokens. All associated records will be permanently expunged within 24 hours.
