1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Virus Auto Clipper (also operating as "AutoHub", "the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website at https://virusautoclipper.tech, utilizing our Telegram automation bot, or authorizing our multi-channel video distribution services across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels, you ("User", "Creator", or "Licensee") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the Platform, its automation engines, API connectors, or background scheduling daemons.

2. Description of the Service

Virus Auto Clipper is an enterprise-grade cloud automation and scheduling software designed for content creators, media publishers, and multi-channel networks. The Service facilitates:

• Multi-Platform Cloud Publishing: Automated video synchronization, scheduling, and direct publishing to TikTok (via TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting API), YouTube (via YouTube Data API v3), and Instagram (via Meta Graph API for Reels).
• Google Drive Storage Synchronization: Secure cloud polling and ingestion of creator-approved video folders for automated queue distribution.
• Intelligent Queue & Rate Limit Management: Autonomous scheduling with pre-upload lead timing, platform quota throttling, and automated token lifecycle renewals.
• Creator Monitoring & Telemetry: Real-time Telegram alerting, web dashboard visibility, and campaign lifecycle control.

3. Access Licensing, User Accounts & Registration

• License Model: Access to Virus Auto Clipper is provided on an authorized-user licensing model managed via administrator approvals. Users register their accounts subject to approval by the administrator (@Virus_web3).
• Account Security & Credentials: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, Telegram accounts, and OAuth authorization sessions. Any activity conducted under your authorized session is your legal responsibility.
• Non-Transferability: User licenses are strictly non-transferable and may not be rented, sublicensed, leased, or distributed without express written permission from Virus Auto Clipper administration.

4. Compliance with Third-Party Platform Policies

Virus Auto Clipper operates strictly within the official developer platforms, policies, and guidelines established by third-party services. As a condition of using Virus Auto Clipper, you expressly agree to abide by and comply with all applicable third-party platform rules:

5. Content Ownership, Copyright & User Warranties

• 100% User Ownership: You retain 100% full, exclusive ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in all video, audio, graphic, and caption assets that you synchronize or distribute through the Service. Virus Auto Clipper claims zero ownership, license rights, or copyright claims over your published content.
• Creator Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and clearances to upload, distribute, and publicly broadcast all media synced through your connected Google Drive folders or direct upload queues.
• Prohibited Content: You shall NOT use Virus Auto Clipper to publish, transmit, or promote content that contains copyright-infringing material, malware, sexually explicit or violent content, hate speech, defamatory material, or anything violating third-party platform community guidelines.

6. API Quotas, Scheduling & Performance Disclaimers

• Platform Rate Limits & Daily Quotas: TikTok, YouTube, and Meta enforce strict programmatic rate limits and daily publishing quotas. Virus Auto Clipper maintains automated safety mechanisms, but is not responsible for platform rejections caused by exceeding platform-enforced limits.
• Network Latency & Schedule Timing: While our scheduler uses predictive pre-upload lead timing, exact public availability is subject to third-party transcoding, platform server load, and API response latency.
• Uptime & Service Availability: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we target 99.9% uptime for worker daemons, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIRUS AUTO CLIPPER, ITS DEVELOPERS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND HOSTING OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, CHANNEL RESTRICTIONS, SHADOWBANS, STRIKES, OR ACCOUNT TERMINATIONS BY TIKTOK, YOUTUBE, GOOGLE, OR META RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the automation software;
• Third-party API deprecations, rate limits, token expirations, or platform-side downtime;
• Any algorithmic moderation actions taken by third-party social media networks;
• Content copyright disputes or third-party infringement claims arising from your media.

8. Termination and Revocation of Access

You may terminate your use of Virus Auto Clipper at any time by disconnecting your channels in the dashboard or revoking permissions directly in your TikTok, Google, or Meta security settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access for any user who engages in platform abuse, unauthorized license distribution, or violations of third-party platform policies.
